A diver will descend into Lake Washington to recover Eva Apple a 24 year old Spokane girl who vanished from Mrs S D Clausen's home early Tuesday. Sheriff Stringer said the diver could begin tonight if possible as bloodhounds traced her path to the lake edge and dragging failed to locate the body. Apple sister of Ruth Apple a nurse at Swedish hospital had been ill and near a nervous breakdown and had left Spokane last Saturday prompting the search with local help including Gus Apple.
