Charles Manceline, 56, a fisherman, drowned in the bay south of the ferry landing in Seattle. His body was found this morning. Deputy Coroner Arnold and aides brought the remains to the Bonney-Watson. Manceline, a longtime Seattle resident with property there, had no known relatives locally. The city council resolution last night directs sale of a Cedar Lake water plant sawmill.
