Waters Pierce denies forming a restraint of trade and contests ownership of shares. it says it operates legitimate interests and denies rebates to competitors. United Oil denies a price regulation conspiracy with Florence Oil and Refining Co Standard Oil and Continental Oil Co. it admits Standard Oil owns 17 percent of Waters Pierce stock.
