Henry Boehm 8 H Reed and John Hen ning meat dealers were arrested today on warrants charging them with selling embalmed beef. State Pure Food commission agent James Terry bought Chicago dressed meat and had it analyzed by chemist T 8 Aschman who found chemicals injurious to health. Hearings will reveal the chemical details. Five or six more warrants sworn out.

Archibald Sinclair was granted a divorce from Margaret J. P. Sinclair. The decree, signed by Judge G. M. Emery, gives Sinclair custody of the oldest child and assigns the youngest to Mrs. Sinclair for five years, after which custody returns to Sinclair. Mrs. Sinclair receives $50 monthly for five years for child support, a provision likely to be appealed.
Judge Jacobs today sentenced Williams and Walker, convicted last week of robbing McCutcheon the laundry man. Williams drew one year in the penitentiary and Walker four years.
Covington Kentucky April 3 Jas Pr Williams a Milldale electrician has patented a device placed under locomotive tracks. It uses induction to generate electricity and claims trains will sense each other up to three miles apart. He has been offered 85000 if refused.
