Seal Beach Hallowe en Party Plans for Local Kids
Seal Beach elementary pupils are invited to a Hallowe en party on October 31 at the DeArmond home. The event will include a ghost film, corn stalk decor, a fish pond booth, bobbing for apples, popcorn and pink lemonade, costumes, and a front yard parade with prizes.
