An Associated Press dispatch from Paris reports a Boer independence committee posting a placard urging a warm welcome for Mr Kru Ger. The call praises his sacred mission and urges Parisians to voice loyalty to Kru Ger and the Boers while avoiding any remarks that could hinder his task.
Exclusive Way reports from Dover that Little Miss Georgia Davis Maloney, born last week to George D. Maloney of Clayton, marks five Delaware generations. Her paternal grandfather is George B. Senator Charles W. Fairbanks of Indiana said in Pittsburg that a bill to raise the regular army by not less than thirty to forty thousand will be presented soon after Congress convenes. He also expected favorable action on the ship subsidy bill and possible steps on the Isthmian canal measure. He called the coming short session the most important in 25 years.

Emmett Waldo, an escaped lunatic, burst into the House of Representatives Public Buildings and Grounds committee room at 14 80 o clock. He damaged furniture and books totaling about 300 dollars before police captured him and handed him to city authorities. He is described as an inmate of the government hospital for the insane.
