Argument in Ardan Case Divides Greek Catholic Parish
Lawyers argued the equity suit by George Siniawa and others of the Greek Catholic church of Olyphant seeking to stop Rev. John Ardan and trustees from allowing nonconforming services. The case concerns church property held by the congregation and whether services may be conducted only by the Greek Catholic church. Attorneys Hand Dunn defended. Martin led for the plaintiffs. The Ridgeway divorce verdict remained unsettled at a late hour. Mrs Thiel sought a divorce before Judge Edwards.
