Harrishure January 22 The eighth annual report of the state pharmaceutical examining board was filed with the secretary of state. Louis Emanuel of Pittsburgh is president Charles T George of Harrisburg secretary Henry C Porter of Towanda treasurer A Cornell of Wilkesport and B A Hoericke MD of Philadelphia are members. Examinations showed 37 passed as registered pharmacists and 4 as qualified assistants from 1924. Three hundred twelve candidates appeared at the second meeting with 184 passing as pharmacists and 128 as assistants. At the third meeting fifty passed as registered pharmacists and 60 as assistants. Last year 1 067 were examined the largest number ever. The treasurer reports 516 on hand and total receipts 4126 12. Industry costs included power fees meetings salaries and extra work from examination fees.
