Scranton Board of Trade Elects Lansing President
The Scranton Board of Trade held its annual meeting with about 45 members present. J A Lansing was elected president for the coming year, with A W Dickson vice president, Joseph Levy treasurer, and D B H Atherton secretary. officers for the year were unanimously chosen. The secretary’s and president’s reports highlighted modern industrial growth, new plants, street repairs, water rates, and charter questions, and committee duties were assigned for a water-rate delegation and for legislative matters.
