The dance section was praised as a standout social occasion of the season, while the concerted effort earned broad acclaim as a peak in musical administration. Meanwhile Frank Cast of Belmont faced arrest warrants on charges including larceny and conducting a brokerage without a license after allegedly misdirecting $70 sent by two countrymen to relatives in Italy.
