Explusive wire reports from Owensboro Kentucky describe a mob of about five hundred hanging Henderson and Rowland in the jail yard at Rocekpe. They had just murdered and robbed H S Shnons, a white man, near his barber shop. The victims fought back but were overpowered. Henderson was killed in his cell and Rowland confessed before being hanged. A bystander, Walter Myiins, aided in removing the dead man’s remains and suffered a nervous collapse.

A man identified as HL Henodiet aged about Yooyan died in Lancaster after apparently blowing gas at the Cooper House hotel. another man named William Dy Mebok aged 60, formerly a merchant of Nowhure, was found shot in his yard and killed. An inquest will be held to determine murder or self-inflicted death, with the gun found near the body.
