Wburg man dies in ATV crash on public road
Johnny M. Thomas, 41, of Williamsburg, was killed Sunday after driving a four wheeler onto KY 904 in the Gatliff area and plunging down an embankment. He was riding alone. deputies noted four wheelers are not allowed on roadways. Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene amid EMS and local fire responders.

Laurel man in court on drug charges in Laurel County
Milford Allen Jr., 48, appeared before Judge Tom Jensen in Laurel County Circuit Court for a pretrial conference Friday facing multiple charges across two cases. He is accused of trafficking marijuana and other controlled substances, plus three counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, endangering the welfare of a minor, and receiving stolen property.
