Man recalls seeing track at bomb scene near Bolles case
A former West Virginia coal miner testified he did not see James Robison near the Clarendon House hotel on the day Don Bolles was fatally injured. He said he did see a man near a white Datsun believed to be John Harvey Adamson and recounted passing Robison's pickup near the bombing area, though he could not confirm the truck's identity. He denied acting for a reward.

APS bills to drop for Phoenix utility customers in October
APS expects a $4.6 million cut in October electricity bills if the State Corporation Commission approves. The average residential customer would save about $7 as APS uses more natural gas instead of fuel oil. Industrial gas users face curtailments this winter, marking a sixth year of such limits.
