Voters include any Scottsdale property owner who is a registered voter and has resided in Scottsdale six months or more. Election Today 6 am to 7 pm with multiple polling locations listed. The ballot proposes 2.4 million in general obligation bonds for library and city hall projects, land, site prep, parking, landscaping, contingencies, to be repaid over 30 years at up to 5 percent interest.
