Woman 21 Shoots Self in Scottsdale Home
Salley Jo Davidson 21 died last night at Scottsdale Baptist Hospital after apparently shooting herself in the stomach with a 25 caliber pistol. Police said she was despondent and left a note. The shooting occurred on Valley View Lane near North Mockingbird Lane. Scottsdale police, aided by a physician husband, found her outside the house with the weapon on the living room floor and took her to the hospital. She formerly worked for Tropo Lite Draperies and moved from Springfield Ohio in 1952. Survived by a son Creeg, and parents Marvin and (name) Johnson with two brothers Mark and Daniel and several grandparents. Funeral Saturday at 2 p.m. at Mes senger Mortuary Chapel Scottsdale.
