Egyptian look returns in fashion revival with Tutankhamen influence
The 1970s revival of ancient Egyptian style surfaces in Bob Goldworm and other designers. Gowns feature narrow silhouettes and pharaoh collar-inspired necklines with lightweight knits and bold prints. Egyptian jewelry by Lane and Kirk showcases large pendants, scarabs, and hieroglyphic motifs echoing Tutankhamen riches.
