Scottsdale home boom as 4000 view Camelback Estates models
Over Labor Day weekend more than 4 000 people toured Camelback Estates model homes on a new Scottsdale subdivision. About half of the 87 homes were sold in the first two days. Prices range from 66 990 for two bedrooms to 8 700 for three bedrooms with premium finishes and extensive landscaping. Improvement details include pumice masonry, sun sash windows, wood casing, tile work, copper plumbing and cement floors.
