Don Chambers Named Leader of Citizen Panel on School Buildings

Swiss Plane Crashes After Takeoff From Zurich
A Swissair Caravelle crashed near Duerrenaesch after departing Zurich at 7 18 a m killing 80 aboard including one American Mr Glauner U S A and 44 Humlikon villagers. The jet tore a crater 35 feet deep with ground fog and a fireball. Authorities pursued no immediate cause.
