Armand J Comeau 24 of 3231 N 66th Place crashed northbound on Hayden Rd, ran off the road struck a light pole and hit a block fence at 8002 S Coronado. Sandoz cited for failure to yield. Comeau cited for loss of control.
Salt River Project board moves toward final approval in November for a rate reduction affecting residential and farm irrigation water. The panel tentatively approved the 1988 budget of 16 million 127 thousand 184 dollars.
