Declines outpaced advances 737 to 379 as 1,556 issues crossed the tape and trading volume reached about 6.71 million shares. AT&T and TWA led active trades with notable losses and warrants trading.

Motorola Moves Unit to New Tempe Facility
Motorola Semiconductor Products Divison shifts part of its operation to a 32,000 square foot structure at 2002 W. 10th Place Tempe in the HoHoKam Business Park. The building by C W Jackson Company will house equipment engineering discrete purchasing domestic traffic and material logistics center and eventually 275 Motorola employees. The company has also leased 5 050 square feet of warehouse space in the same park.
