Warrant totals include 1 031 through October 31 with about 60 percent eligible for dismissal and bonds and fines over $60 000.

Paradise Valley to weigh noise limits and annexation plan
Paradise Valley Town Council meets at 7 30 p m at Town Hall to discuss a proposed noise ordinance restricting residential and motor vehicle noise to 56 decibels 7 a m to 10 p m and 45 decibels 10 p m to 7 a m plus vehicle limits 62 decibels at or below 35 mph and 86 decibels above 35 mph.
