Arizona Title Guarantee & Trust Co. has moved into the building formerly occupied by Dick Sries Realty at 304 North Scottsdale Road. Escrow officers Charles A. Bogir and Charles F. Rea will offer Scottsdale area customers title insurance escrows and trusts from the expanded facility. The Scottsdale office opened April 1, 1953, one of seven statewide offices founded in 1899, with frontier style remodeling and extensive customer parking.

Brass Rail Re opens With Free Barbecue
Brass Rail tavern owners Mickie Phillippi announce a re opening celebration on Saturday at the Thomas Road location near 44th Street. A fire on October 2 damaged the old tavern and new equipment booths and decorations have been installed. Free barbecue will be served with bartender Martin Wynn assisting. Free parking is available on the front side and back.

Presbyterian Men Held Golf Tourney at Sundown Country Club
Twenty four members of Valley Presbyterian Church competed in a golf tournament on Saturday November 23 at Sundown Country Club. Host G R Bob Herberger organized the event with arrangements by Dick Oliver. Oliver won with a low net 70 while Art Snyder and Bill Hodges tied for second and third with net 72.
