Los Angeles men plead guilty to passing counterfeit cash
A Los Angeles man Mulcahy and accomplice Arthur Wilcox pleaded guilty to conspiracy and related charges in U.S. District Court. They were arrested February 24 in a Scottsdale shopping center with 18,280 in counterfeit twenty dollar bills. Wilcox received 30 days in jail and two years probation in a prior plea.
