About 20 Arizona 4-H delegates head to the 34th National 4-H Club Congress in Chicago. The event runs November 27 to December 1 with 4,200 4-Hers from the United States Alaska Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The Maricopa County Women's Republican Clubs plan a joint fashion show at the Phoenix Club on Earll Drive and Third Avenue Friday December 2 at 1 30 PM.
