Pet Portraits Capture Hearts and Pocketbooks in Arizona
Scottsdale artist Jo Rabbetts sketches beloved pets in pen and ink for about 65 dollars framed, driven by a passion for animals and a knack for capturing personality. She works by visiting homes, often meeting dogs, cats, and even a skunk, turning pets into aristocats with toys or familiar poses to reflect their true character. Rabbetts aims to bring pet portraits to a broader audience after drawing for Seattle clients and an Arizona audience with stories of durability and whimsy in animal art.
