Arizona’s unemployment rate fell to 10.2 percent in September with total jobless down 2,190 from August. Phoenix area unemployment eased from 11.5 percent to 10.8 percent in October, while Pima County slipped to 8.4 percent as Tucson’s labor force rose by 1,800.
