About 18 000 protesters led by New Mobe marched 4.2 miles from Arlington Cemetery to Capitol Hill past the White House. Attendees included largely white youth with backpacks and long hair, some in their 80s, while several black leaders said they were not invited by the mobilization. Weather loomed with snow flurries forecast for Saturday as turnout potential rose to 200 000 or more depending on conditions.

Burglars Steal Rifles and Stereo From Two Homes
