A Medina Texas blast at the top secret Medina AFB damaged a storage building at the nuclear weapons plant. Three workers were slightly hurt as smoke rose 1000 feet and facilities nearby evacuated. officials said there was no radiation danger and Civil Defense declared control. Leaking Underground Gas Tank Sealed Off as Bomb Threat
Fire and police closed a two block area around Main Street and Scottsdale Road to seal an ancient buried 1000 gallon gasoline tank described as a potential bomb.
