A Scottsdale city council notices intent to issue improvement bonds to fund street and storm drain works on Camelback Road and nearby avenues. The plan covers grading, subgrade, plant mix asphalt, concrete pavements, curbs, gutters, storm drains, and related utilities within a defined district.
A detailed list of construction items outlines irrigation, clearing, manhole and valve work, meter boxes and vaults, monuments and guide posts, barriers, hydrants, and demolition. It specifies concrete drives, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, pavements, and storm drains with alignment to plans, within defined limits. The project, described as a district improvement, includes boundary maps and assessment to benefit the district near Camelback Road 76th Street and Rogers Lane, with plans on file in the City Engineer’s office.
The City of Scottsdale resolves to issue improvement bonds under sections 9-671 and 9-710 for costs of the described district funded by special assessments in ten annual installments. Bonds bear 4 percent interest, paid semiyearly from the first installments, with early payment possible. Publication and immediate operative status are provided.
