Man Held For Trial On Attempted Child Assault Charge
Richard Roland Draper 23 of 8114 East Granada awaits Superior Court trial on charges of attempting to assault a 12 year old Scottsdale girl. Justice of the Peace Harold Holcomb bound Draper over after a Thursday preliminary hearing. Draper allegedly entered the girl's home in the early hours of April 24, was frightened off by screams, and was arrested at his home after the girl identified him. He is held in the county jail on a $2000 bond.
