A bit of Western Philosophy in New York
Garnet Davy Grosse recounts a spring visit to Greenwich Village for an art society gathering. He describes arrivals at the Brittany Hotel, a League dinner at the Salmagungi club, and encounters with figures like Eleanor Lees, Alan Williams, and Miss Emily Anderson. The piece notes honors, a Gold Medal of Honor presentation to Gordon Grant, and plans for Grace Church visit and CLW club lecture appearances.
