Tax payments lag as 1962 levy faces delinquency

City Assistant Manager Cochran notes potential 10 percent yearly interest on delinquent bills and expects month to month increases. Some collections may be moved to the city budget after July 1 as receipts for the 1963 64 year. Scottsdale officials say city revenues meet projections with 52 percent of anticipated 613 196 dollars collected to date.
