Mrs. Marilyn Schulze 35 of Scottsdale died after an automobile accident south of Flagstaff on March 17, becoming the fourth family member to die. Her three children Paul 8 Richard 6 Anne Marie 3 and husband Bruno 41 were affected. Bruno remains in critical condition. A rosary is set for 8 p.m. at Messinger Mortuary Chapel with a 10 a.m. Requiem at St. Daniel's Church. Richard D. Fife 27 of Tempe also died in the crash.

In Greenwood Mississippi two white men burned a voter registration office in the Negro section early today. police report the fire but find no arson evidence. A nearby dry cleaners blaze is being investigated as related. SNCC field secretary Sam Block says a room used by the group was damaged and many voter registration records destroyed.
Marvin Carroll, an African American electronics engineer at the Army missile center in Huntsville, Alabama, attempted to enroll in all white University of Alabama extension courses but was rejected. He said his aim was self improvement.
City Attorney Osmond Burton Jr. filed a 23 count misdemeanor against Powder Horn Liquors for unpaid city sales tax totaling about $2,000 since May 1961. He plans civil action in Superior Court and says more delinquents will be pursued as the council tightens enforcement.
