Construction has begun on The Inn at McCormick Ranch a $10 million luxury resort hotel adjacent to the McCormick Ranch Golf Course and Camelback Lake in Scottsdale. Willis M. McFarlane and Richard F. Boultinghouse announce a 127 room hotel on a 20 acre lakefront site with 51 condominiums The Shores by The Inn and a range of 1800 to 2200 square foot units priced from 60000 to 130000.
