City Attorney Filer moves to dismiss zoning suit
City Attorney Dick Filler filed a motion to dismiss a suit by Environmental Developers of Denver and Ee C Kranzler Jr claiming the city blocked a 960 unit high rise condo plan on a 0.40 acre parcel at Garner north west Hayden and Camelback. Police seek owner of a 1970 model pickup found in the Arizona Canal near Chaparral Road on Tuesday morning. The vehicle registered to Ty F. R.
