Man injured in collision in Scottsdale
A Scottsdale man Allen B. Greenside 60 of 2700 N Hayden Rd was treated and released from Scottsdale Memorial Hospital after an 8 p.m. collision at Camelback and Miller Roads. Greenside turned into the intersection and was struck by Monte Greg Egerman 16 of 6821 E Lafayette when Egerman allegedly ran a red light.

Fiery Scottsdale Death Under Scrutiny by Fire And Patrol
Investigators from the Scottsdale Rural Fire Department and Arizona Highway Patrol along with Phoenix Fire probe the death of Paul Edward Hanks 49 who died when his car burst into flames. Evidence suggests he may have carried gasoline in a container inside the car. A second theory considers possible carburetor fumes entering the refrigeration unit as the fire trigger. No metal container was found. a plastic container remains a possibility.
