Bonds issued to the successful bidder, payable in funds, delivered at Gust Rosenfeld & Divelbess Phoenix. Delivery within forty days. city bears printing costs. If litigation arises within sixty days after award and bonds not delivered, bidder may withdraw and recover good faith check. No pending litigation affects bond validity.
