Naked tax agents nabbed by gunman at dry cleaners
In Memphis a gunman held Don Duncan and demanded to see Gov. Dunn after Revenue agents went into BHK Dry Cleaners to collect $167 in back taxes. The agents were forced to strip and hide as a crowd of about 2000 gathered, with Isaac Hayes and Black Panther figures aiding in negotiations leading to Duncan’s release and Hudson’s meeting with Dunn.
