The Scottsdale Planning Commission disposed of 10 matters in quick order and deferred more than half to later meetings. It recommended site plan approval for 40 Knoell Builders patio homes and approved Villa Monterey units on the west side of 76th Street. Two further site plans were continued to June 24 for office conversions and additions. The commission voted to abandon Sheridan Street segments per church request and affirmed meetings in July and August with no sessions on the fourth Tuesdays.
