Harry E Crisp Rites Conducted

Funeral services for Harry Elmer Crisp 74 were held at Messinger Mortuary Chapel. Justice Dept Eyes Ruling on Communist Party Case

The Justice Department weighs a possible ruling on continuing efforts to force the Communist party to register under the 1950 Internal Security Act. School aid tax equalization petition drive gains pace

All-Out Drive Tucson announced a final push this week to secure 54 800 signatures to place the measure on November ballots. Drive coordinator Mrs Walter Harley and Pueblo High principal Elbert Brooks urged volunteers in Phoenix and downtown stores with a July 3 deadline. Mayor Lew Davis and City Council members joined in support.
