Three Slain Youths Found Near Williams
Authorities sought to identify two teen girls and a boy about nine found shot to death and dumped in Dogtown Flats forest near Williams. Sheriff Cecil Richardson said the youths, all Negro, were killed elsewhere by a 32 caliber round then a 45 caliber shot, with the body locations about 300 yards from a road. The boy wore blue denim trousers and a diamond shirt. one girl appeared about 20 in black capri pants and a flowered blouse. the other girl, 15 or 16, wore tan capri pants and a white sweater. Both girls wore friendship rings. Investigators noted possible ties to Flagstaff or Williams areas, and fingerprints unlikely to identify the victims. No personal papers were found.
