Scottsdale Homeowners Plan State Tax Equity Appeal
Arizona Home Owner's Association will appeal to the State Board of Equalization in August to push for equal treatment of home assessments with other property types. President James DeWitt spoke at a 40-person Scottsdale gathering in the Scottsdale High School auditorium. The group, via attorney Charles Stidham, is already pressing a county appeal and will hold small home meetings this summer to discuss reforms.
