Scottsdale man charged with first degree murder in Case slaying
Robert Brookover 27 was charged Friday with first degree murder in the June 23 shooting death of Gregory Case 22 whose body was found behind a van at Sky Harbor. Witnesses say the two men were negotiating a marijuana deal. Brookover allegedly shot Case in the back and later burned his own home. Brookover was arrested near 16th Avenue and Rose Lane after a pursuit and jailed on the murder warrant.
