A 2400 man South Vietnamese relief column broke the siege of the Ben Het Special Forces camp in the Central Highlands driving down the jungle road from Dak To. The attackers reportedly withdrew toward Cambodia and Laos as renewed air strikes pounded the area. Supplies arrived and guards praised the relief as helicopters were able to land at Ben Het.
