The Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce sets its annual meeting for tomorrow night at the Executive House Arizonian with a 6 30 p.m. dinner. Fifteen past presidents will speak briefly about their years in office as the 64 outline of work is announced and 1964 officers are installed. Special awards will honor Adobe Pharmacy for Christmas decorations and a top promoter of Scottsdale in 1963, with retiring directors recognized. The Scottsdale High School chorus under Joseph Esile will entertain.

Arizona Seeks Unified Traffic Safety Conference

UPI reports a U.S. Senate subcommittee heard medical quacks swindle the elderly out of about 10 billion dollars annually. Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney John W. Miner called them killers who profit from false cures. Senator Harrison A. Williams called such false advice the worst fraud against late life. Miner noted only one murder conviction under Anglo Saxon law for promoting fraudulent cures, a case now on appeal.
