Pair charged in burglary in Scottsdale incident
A Phoenix couple Thomas and Benda DelRe were charged with burglary after allegedly shoplifting four cigarette cartons from Bashas Market on East McDowell Road Scottsdale. The man fled, the woman remained, a gun was drawn, and the purse was taken. A six year old boy was slightly injured in a separate bicycle car collision nearby. DelRe and his wife were arrested in Phoenix and arraignments set in Scottsdale Justice Court.
