Scottsdale Amends Zoning Ordinance 455 Provisions
The Mayor and Council of Scottsdale Arizona adopt Ordinance No 631 declaring an emergency and amending Ordinance 455 Article VII Section 7.200 to restrict accessory buildings. No accessory building may be erected before the main structure and none shall be used for dwelling by non domestic staff. No accessory building may encroach on a required front or side yard.
