City of Scottsdale declares emergency under Resolution No. 1066 to improve multiple alleys between 66th and 68th Streets from Avalon Drive to Mary Lynn, including easements in Imperial Manor by constructing pavement and concrete valley gutters. The action covers alleys along Main Street Osborn Road Monterey Way and related parcels in Maricopa County.
