Bob Lambie of Scottsdale is a member of Arizona State College Lumberjack Band at Flagstaff. The group tours statewide and will perform a home concert February 24 at 8:00 p.m. in the college auditorium with Sal Franzella as soloist. The program includes classics, marches, and popular tunes with solos and ensembles from band members.

The Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce unanimously voted Friday to retain Cliff Carpenter for a second term as chamber president. The Rev John McFarlane acting pastor of First Baptist Church of Scottsdale will preach Sunday morning on the Soul Passion of the Church. Announcement was made by H Vern Smith of the Wazon Wheel Radio Shop. Bud Swenson and Marie Swenson have secured office space at 110 Main Street and will operate an accounting and typing service.
