William Lyon Development Company plans four Scottsdale projects totaling over 800 units including La Esplanada 68th Street and Camelback Road and Casa Maya 76th Street. La Esplanada is near completion with 273 units. Casa Maya targets mid July completion for a 332 unit mix. The dual complex approach separates family units on the east and adult living on the west with amenities like pools and party rooms.
